Meet the Board

Leydi has been a resident of our community since 2005, watching it transform over nearly two decades. Her commitment to service deepened in 2017 when she joined the Board, where she has since held every position, now leading in her current role as President. Beyond her official duties, Leydi has personally dedicated countless hours, having worked with the previous members throughout the years and now current members, in the hands-on maintenance of our neighborhood, ensuring we maintain standards of decorum while also trying to foster strong, lasting relationships among neighbors. She views our community as an extended family, united by a shared vision to preserve our aesthetic appeal and secure the long-term value of our homes.

Isaac joined the board in January 2025, bringing nearly a decade of experience in payroll and accounting. As Treasurer, he blends that expertise with a collaborative spirit to protect the community’s finances and keep daily operations running smoothly.Committed to honest and ethical oversight, Isaac works closely with fellow board members to manage community funds responsibly and to present financial information that is clear and accessible to every homeowner. He also hopes to bring community‑focused incentives that genuinely benefit residents and enhance the overall quality of life in the neighborhood.
